Who says you can’t bottle up nature? Meet the body scrub and butter duo that’s as green as it gets—literally. These are our most plant-powered formulas yet, with every ingredient, even the preservation system, derived from plants. It’s skincare that’s as kind to the planet as it is to your skin.
What Makes Our Sea+Tea Body Care Duo Special?
- Sea+Tea Body Scrub (8oz): Sugar crystals with blueberry seeds, coconut oil, shea butter, sunflower seed oil, fine-ground pumice, kaolin clay, chlorella powder, and sea clay. Essential oil blend. The seeds and pumice make it denser than sugar-only scrubs.
- Sea+Tea Body Cream (7oz): Cupuacu seed butter, jojoba seed oil, avocado oil, vegetable glycerin, and beeswax. Lighter than the body butter formula — absorbs in 40-60 seconds on damp skin. Same essential oil blend as the scrub.
- Blueberry seeds + pumice: The blueberry seeds don't dissolve like sugar — they keep exfoliating through the full scrub. Pumice adds a second layer of grit. Coarser than the sugar-only scrubs but not walnut-shell rough.
- Chlorella and sea clay: In the scrub base alongside kaolin clay.
- Essential oils only: No fragrance oils in either product. Coastal herb profile — herbal and clean without being floral or sweet.
- Developed with Cliff House Maine: The Sea+Tea scent was developed with input from the Director of the Spa at Cliff House, Maine.
- Full sizes: 8oz scrub and 7oz cream — the same sizes sold individually.
- Made in Maryland: Small batches at our Owings Mills facility, checked before they ship.
The most ingredient-dense scrub in the lineup — sugar, seeds, pumice, clay, and chlorella all in one formula.
How to Use: In the shower, scoop the scrub with a spoon onto wet skin and rub in circles on arms, legs, wherever needs it. The sugar dissolves; the blueberry seeds keep scrubbing until you rinse. Pat dry but leave skin slightly damp, then scoop the cream and rub it between your palms to warm it up. Apply to the same areas — takes 40-60 seconds to absorb, keep rubbing until the shine disappears. The coastal herb scent is strongest for the first hour, then settles. Store both away from heat and direct sunlight; use within six months of opening.
